Group classes

Group classes are available and cost £285 per couple. Classes are usually held at the Beard Mill clinic and comprise a maximum of four couples. ( www.beardmillclinic.com)

 

One-to-one classes

We also offer one-to-one classes at a cost of £400 per couple. These classes are by arrangement and can be accomodated at the clients home if required.

 

Group classes comprise five two and a half hour sessions. The one-to-one classes also cover twelve and a half hours and times can be arranged flexibly to suit the client.

All classes include the course book and a relaxation CD.
