The hypnobirthing really worked. I am SO pleased with myself and that I practised hard with it. I am SO grateful to you for the lovely classes and your excellent guidance and knowledge and experience. I have no idea how things would have been without it all but I think it made it quicker, easier and some of it actually enjoyable.
I am going to recommend you, and the classes from now on to everyone I see that is pregnant!!!
